American Express is a leading global payments, network and travel company founded in 1850. ICE provides American Express cardholders cruise services through its booking engine and call center operations. – ICE developed the American Express consumer cruise booking engine as well as providing a fully branded American Express call center within the ICE US operation based in Phoenix.  ICE has successfully fulfilled and exceeded all of the American Express quality standards since our partnership began in late 2004.  The response from American Express members to our program offerings has been exceptional, with successive year over year growth in the 50% range.
