The Registry Vacation Consultant (RVC) position is the "voice" of our organization. Registry Vacation Consultants are very often the first point of contact that a potential customer has with ICE. They are responsible for creating a favorable first impression and developing a loyal customer base. In this position you would be offering vacation products to our members, and other lead sources.
As a Registry Vacation Consultant, you would make outbound calls to SeaMiles, RCI, ICE, and Cruise Points Members along with other lead sources. By utilizing professional sales skills and asking discovery questions, RVC's identify customer needs to sell a conceptual cruise and resort vacation package. There is no cold calling!
The minimum qualifications for this position are as follows:
- Previous sales experience and ability to work in an environment with sales goals
- High School diploma or equivalent

Potential Consultant's must demonstrate strong written and verbal English communication skills; have computer literacy, previous sales experience, and the flexibility to possibly work various shifts.
