SOUTHLAKE, Texas, Oct. 2004 - Sabre Travel Network, a Sabre Holdings (NYSE: TSG) company, today announced a marketing agreement with OurVacationStore (OVS), a leading technology provider in the cruise market.

Under terms of the agreement, OVS will offer a Sabre Travel Network branded version of their cruise-booking tool. It is anticipated that the tool will be made available to Sabre Connected travel agents as part of a private label agreement in the US and Canada during the first quarter of 2005.

"As the cruise industry continues to show strong passenger growth, travel agents need the ability to seamlessly manage the shopping and booking process. The new automated tool will provide Sabre Connected travel agents with cross-vendor shopping, deck images and cabin photos, group booking, inventory management, and booking and commission reporting capabilities.

Sabre travel agents will continue to be have access to the nine participating cruise lines, which include Carnival, Celebrity, Crystal, Disney, Holland America, Norweigan, Princess, Royal Caribbean and Windstar.
