Statement Regarding Costa Concordia Accident
All of us at ICE are deeply saddened by the Costa Concordia tragedy and our hearts go out to all of the passengers, crew and their families. ICE booked a number of passengers onboard the Concordia and we are assisting where possible to help ensure our passengers are well taken care of and have ample assistance related to their travel home. ICE is also working closely with Costa in order to provide cooperative support wherever possible. Unfortunately, we have learned that the two missing Americans, Gerald and Barbara Heil, are two of our valued clients. ICE is continuing to monitor the search-and-rescue mission and will continue to work closely with Costa in hopes of successfully locating and aiding Mr. and Mrs. Heil.
ICE is committed to providing superior customer service and support to all of our customers throughout their entire vacation experience. Cruising continues to be one of the safest ways of vacationing as accidents such as the Concordia are extremely rare.
