ICE Enterprise's Charities of Choice

Christel House

ICE and its employees strongly believe that a vital element of doing well is doing good - sharing success by giving back to those in need.

For more than a decade, ICE has supported Christel House International. Christel House is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping impoverished, orphaned and abandoned children worldwide break the cycle of poverty and become self-sufficient, contributing members of society. As a Christel House Alliance Partner, ICE contributes both time and financial resources to support the children and the mission of Christel House.

"We find it particularly gratifying to support the work of Christel House because of their unique set of priorities and vision for the future. Christel House focuses 100 percent on human potential and significance, providing a brighter future for children worldwide. All of our efforts are inspired by Christel DeHaan, the organization’s founder, and her extraordinary compassion, unwavering commitment and dedication to this outstanding organization."

A New Leaf

One of ICE's Community Charities of Choice is A New Leaf, which provides assistance to individuals and families in crisis.

A New Leaf (formerly PREHAB of Arizona) is a not-for-profit agency that since 1971 has worked to provide domestic violence, homeless, and youth programs at no cost to members of the Phoenix community. ICE employees hold an "Operation Fill a Backpack" school supply drive each summer to provide for school-aged clients of A New Leaf with all the back-to-school supplies they need. Each December, the "'Tis the Season" holiday drive receives thousands of dollars in donations of new clothing, linens, games, non-perishable food items, gift cards, electronics, and other items for A New Leaf's shelters and clients.

Phoenix Animal Care Coalition (PACC) 911

One of ICE's Community Charities of Choice is Phoenix Animal Care Coalition (PACC) 911, which deals with animal welfare.

PACC911 brings together the many animal welfare organizations from throughout the Phoenix area in a cooperative, interactive coalition to work for the greater benefit of the animals. PACC911 focuses on assisting the rescue groups in four distinct ways: adoption events, fundraising, education, and by financing medical assistance through the PACC911 Emergency Medical Fund.

Every year, ICE employees raise funds for PACC911 with a "Pet Project." Employees buy raffle tickets - represented by colorful paw prints mounted on walls throughout the company - for a variety of pet-related prizes and enter their pets in a virtual pet pageant in which the favorite pet photo is determined by popular vote. In addition, ICE sponsors and participates in PACC 911's annual Bowl-A-Rama to raise awareness of and funds for local animal rescue organizations.
